Indomo Redux
Redux: brought back, renewed. An architect-led way to help you decide what your next home should be, and whether you need to move at all. It starts with a Life-at-Home Review: half a day in the home you already have.

The problem
Stay and adapt or move? Sooner or later a house starts asking a question. The stairs, the heating, the rooms nobody goes into, the distance from the people you would like to see more of. It is rarely one thing, and it rarely has an obvious answer. Most of the advice available on it comes from people whose work begins when you move.
The promise
Our job is to help you answer that question. We start with what matters: the home you already have, and the way you want to live in it. Our fee is agreed before we begin and does not change with what we conclude, so every genuine option is weighed on the same terms, including the one where you are better off staying exactly where you are.
You should not have to take that on trust, so the reasoning is written down: what we measured, what you told us, and how the two led to the answer. If the plan you came in with turns out to be the wrong one, whether that is moving, adapting or staying put, our job is to say so in writing, with reasons you can take to another home adviser for a second opinion.
01
Whether you should move at all
Half a day at your home, and a written answer: stay, stay and adapt, or move. If it is move, you leave with a brief for the home you are looking for and the move itself worked through: what to keep, what will fit, and what to let go.
02
Whether a place you like can become home
House, bungalow or flat: before you offer, can the entrance be level, will the bathroom work, is there a route for a lift later, will the building or the lease allow it, and what would the work cost.
03
How to make home feel better, here or elsewhere
Smaller, simpler, or just somewhere else. Light, air, warmth and quiet, designed rather than hoped for, with room to change your mind in ten years' time.

Start with the review. The answer may be that you are already home.
From £1,800, agreed before we start and unchanged whatever the review concludes. We do not search for properties, negotiate, advise on money, or take a referral fee from anyone. Please leave health and medical detail out of the form: that conversation belongs in person.
